I'm taking a Photoshop workshop on JessicaSprague.com! Photo Editing 1: Good to Great...I'm so excited! I finally bit the bullet and bought Photoshop Elements 11, because I keep seeing these fantastic pictures on all of these dang artsy websites, and they just keep saying they're using Photoshop to get these beautiful pictures perfect. And I kept thinking, "It'd be so much cheaper to buy Photoshop than a new camera!" lol. Not really, because I like my lil' point-n-shoot, but you know what I mean...I want those gorgeous pictures! So yeah...here we are. I finished lesson one last night, and I finally had a chance to play around with my own pictures tonight. Here's my results so far:

I must've missed this post, Megan; I never saw it! So you have PS?! Which version? I'm so jealous; it's on my Wish List but my husband keeps shaking his head, "NO WAY!". :( It's so cool what you can do with it.
ReplyDeleteI got Photoshop Elements 11. It's like a smaller version of Photoshop that really gives me pretty much all the tools I need and then some, but for only $100. The full version, Photoshop CS6 is like $700...and I'm sure it's awesome, but it has WAY more tools than I'm actually going to use...at least for now...maybe something I could consider investing in for the future if I ever got to that point.
